1. Graphics such as avatars, headers and signatures are for personal use only in mediums such as personal websites, forum or website profiles. Wallpapers are for personal home use only. If you would like to use the graphics outside of that stated above, please contact us and link back to us.

2. Graphics may not be edited or altered unless specified otherwise, with alteration referring to one of more of the following:
i) addition of text
ii) editing of image so that it no longer looks like the original such as rotation, color alteration, filter effect
Graphics may however be resized. (As a general rule, we do allow for addition of text to signatures and headers. )

3. Graphics are not for commercial use. Credit must be given to the author and gamearia with a link back to our site.

4. Unless you are the owner of the image, graphics may not be republished, redistributed, copied, duplicated or sold. Graphics may not be bundled up with other images for mass download.

5. You may use up to two of the graphics from Gamearia as part of a gallery showcase (example: Wallpaper showcase) as long as this site is credited directly underneath the image, with a linkback to our site.
